Some stuff from my favs!

I went with a couple of friends to an old, abandoned house yesterday. It had such a creepy atmosphere around it, but it also had some good motives. I decided to make a little black and white series of it..Number 6 is probably my personal favourite. There is just so much texture in there..



Sorry for the lack of updates lately. I'll try to get back to commenting on the many many deviations waiting for me!!

It's been a while since I updated this journal. I've been doing a lot since new year, the biggest thing being a phototrip with my schools film/photo class to Lofoten, Norway. It's probably one of the most beautiful places in Norway I've been to. We spent a few hectic days there, driving around, making photo stops. I have lots and lots of pictures that will be posted here. I don't want to post too many at the time, though, so I'm doing it in batches. Some have already been posted (the eagle shots are some of them). I have one eagle-shot which, for me, made the trip worth it's money.

I hope everyone has had a good start on the new year.

So far the new year's treated me well. I hope it keeps up the same way. I'm getting my macrolens in the mail towmorrow (monday)! Finally! I'm so excited about it. I haven't been taking a lot of shots lately, as I'm quite busy with school. I do take quite a few pictures for school, but not anything that I'd put on here.

I finally got through my message center today. It does build up through the week, even though I don't watch that many people. I feel a bit guilty about not going through it more often. I really should. And I'll try.

Hi again. Hope everyone's enjoying their holiday and got some wishes granted this Christmas (for those who celebrate Christmas). My parent's got me a Sigma 105mm F2.8 EX DG Macro 1:1, which I really wanted, but unfortunatly it didn't arrive in time, and won't come by mail until January. But it's alright. I can wait, it's just amazing knowing it's on its way! They also got me a new photo backpack, the Tamrac Adventure 7. It's sweet. I also got some books, plenty of socks and some other stuff. I'm really happy about everything I got this year

Unfortunatly, I'm a little sick right now. It started on Christmas Day, and I went to the doctor today, because I was feeling really bad. He gave me antibiotics, which I have to take for a week. It sucks a bit, because this means I can't drink to much on new years eve. I can have a few beers, but nothing more. But it's ok, really. A lot of people are in a lot worse situations, so I'm taking this with a smile. Though I could do without the pain in my throat, which gets really intense sometimes.
